چکیده

El presente texto constituye una invitación a la lectura del libro La construcción de la naturaleza (1997). El ensayo escrito por los artistas y profesores académicos de la Universitat Politècnica de València José Albelda y José Saborit, se inscribe en la serie de escritos fundamentales que analizan el binomio Arte y Naturaleza desde un punto de vista crítico y contemporáneo. Es un libro recomendado a los alumnos del Grado y del Máster en la Facultad de Bellas Artes. Así mismo es de citación obligada en las Tesis doctorales que hacen referencia al binomio Arte y Naturaleza en el arte contemporáneo
Los autores aportan nuevos enfoques y diferentes puntos de vista a la temática, ampliando y concretando las diferentes acepciones del concepto Naturaleza. La dimensión ética juega aquí un papel importante puesto que no es sencillo cuestionar los tópicos social y culturalmente aceptados sin posicionarse al margen de inercias al uso. El texto proporciona elementos pormenorizados de análisis y estímulos para la reflexión conceptual, tanto desde el punto de vista filosófico y social, como de las intervenciones artísticas en el medio natural, amplificando en su comprensión la dimensión simbólica de la relación arte y vida y ayudando a vislumbrar la posibilidad de encontrar el equilibrio entre ambos.

چکیده [English]

This text constitutes an invitation to read the book “The construction of nature” (1997). The essay written by the artists and academic professors of the Universitat Politècnica de València José Albelda and José Saborit, is inscribed in the series of fundamental writings that analyze the binomial Art and Nature from a critical and contemporary point of view. It is a book recommended to the students of the Degree and the Master in the Faculty of Fine Arts. The book it’s also mandatory citation in doctoral theses that refer to the binomial Art and Nature in contemporary art
The authors bring new approaches and different points of view to the subject, expanding and specifying the different meanings of the concept Nature. The ethical dimension plays an important role here, since it is not easy to question socially and culturally accepted topics without positioning oneself outside the inertia of use. The text provides detailed elements of analysis and stimuli for conceptual reflection, both from the philosophical and social point of view, as well as artistic interventions in the natural environment, amplifying in its understanding the symbolic dimension of the relationship between art and life and helping glimpse the possibility of finding the balance between the two.
